Published store terms
These store-specific terms work together with the Elite Mall marketplace policy and applicable law.
Seller responsibility
the store is responsible for keeping its product information, availability, pricing and fulfilment details materially accurate and for supplying the products sold under its store identity. Elite Mall provides the marketplace, payment, order and support infrastructure around the transaction.
Delivery and collection
Orders are prepared and fulfilled by the store. Available delivery or collection options and any applicable delivery charge are shown or confirmed through the order process. Timing depends on destination, product readiness and the selected method. Contact store support with the order reference if fulfilment details need clarification.
Returns and issue resolution
If an item is damaged, incomplete, materially different from the listing or otherwise raises a legitimate quality issue, contact the store promptly through recorded support with the order reference and reasonable evidence where available. Return eligibility and any refund, replacement or other remedy are assessed under the store's published terms and applicable Kenyan law. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments and confirmed orders
Use only the payment instructions presented through Elite Mall for the order. A payment prompt or pending transaction is not by itself a confirmed order. The store should fulfil an order once the platform records the required successful payment confirmation and the order enters the applicable fulfilment process.
